Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Incorporating breathing into stretching can be very beneficial. Puzzles can be a helpful distraction from daily stress and can assist with refocusing. When we focus on coloring or jigsaw puzzles, we are not focusing on our daily activities and stressors. |
